Leadership Built on Experience
Right Shores is led by Altaf Sayed. AL is an experienced operations leader with 24+ years of experience in the Receivables management Industry. He is an RMAI certified CRCP (Certified Receivables Compliance Professional) and has built, scaled, and managed high-performing outsourced support teams for over 65 international clients.
Starting his career as a Collector, Altaf evolved into leadership by delivering operational excellence and developing people. Over the years, he has led functions spanning operations, workforce management, training, HR, reporting and analytics, sales, administration, and client services.
Today, that experience shapes Right Shores’ practical, transparent, and client-focused approach.
